Paf’s scratch card Fun ‘n’ games will contribute 20,000 euros to the organising committee of NatWest Island Games XIV, Isle of Wight 2011.
The platinum sponsor of the NatWest Island Games 2009, the Åland based gaming company Paf, will continue their support of the NatWest Island Games.
Paf is a public association gaming company that has provided safe and
entertaining lottery gaming services for over 40 years. All profits
from gaming activities are used to benefit charitable organisations. In
2008 the Paf Group had revenue of 106.8 million euro, with a total
profit of 27.4 million euro.
Paf released two internet games for
the NatWest Island Games 2009 on Åland islands; one slot machine and a
scratch card, under the name Fun ‘n’ games. Both products are already a
big success.
Anders Ingves, CEO of Paf, says: “Paf has decided to
continue the support of the games after the NatWest Island Games 2009
on Åland. Paf will contribute with at least 20,000 euro to the next
games in the Isle of Wight 2011”
This means that Paf will
contribute to the next games in 2011 in the Isle of Wight with 10% of
the surplus per year from the internet scratch card Fun ‘n’ games, but
with a guarantee of 10,000 euro per year (2009-2010)
